The room was a complete mess—dust everywhere, filthy linens, and the bathroom was sticky and rusty. I couldn’t even use the air conditioner because it blew out dust. Definitely not worth the money!

my a decent size room had a coffee machine, ironing facilities, and a writing table. everyone was excellent and the breakfast was astonishing.

the rooms were clean and tidy, which made for a reasonable experience overall. also, the layout was a bit awkward, as the toilet was quite far from the handwashing area.

The location is decent, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. While I wasn't expecting luxury, the air conditioning worked well and there was ample parking.

Reliable, low-budget property. Courteous, welcoming people working here. Perfectly clean and cheap room, clean bathroom with a walk-in shower. Exceptionally comfortable beds and central heating, iron and ironing board, and tea and coffee making equipment.

We had a decent stay for a budget hotel! The location is super convenient, close to Dandenong CBD and an Asian supermarket nearby. The staff were friendly, and we appreciated the affordable price. The bed was comfy enough for a good night's sleep, and the small, practical room served our needs.

The room was a tad cramped, and the bathroom felt really tight. Noise from the road was noticeable, especially at night. Plus, we had a bit of an issue with the breakfast area being unattended when we expected it to be open. it’s hit or miss depending on your priorities!

Reliable and cheerful hotel in an industrial area next to the train station, many restaurants, supermarkets, and a shopping centre and the local Perth Ibis is a rip off $ 134 a night. The staff - efficient and excellent. Budget room, decent sized, with air con and shower, for example.
